 1. 모자 챙은 사진처럼 접어서 시침핀 꽂아 둔다.
 1. Fold a broad brim like this picture and pin.  

 2. 박는다.
 2. Sew. 

 3. 앗, 잊은게 있는데...박기 전에 안감에 접착심을 붙이기
    다림판 위에 안감을 사진처럼 배치
  3. Oh, I forgot that attach a tenacity of purpose on the lining before sewing.
     Put the lining on a leveling plate.

 4. 접착심의 거친 부분에 스프레이로 물을 뿌린 후, 안감 위에 올려 둔다.
 4. Put spray on a tenacity of purpose.  

 5. 다리미로 꾹꾹 눌러 준다. 이 때 절대로 밀면서 다리면 안된다. 꾹꾹 누르기만 할 것 ^^
    그런 뒤에 안감 라인따라 접착심의 필요없는 부분은 잘라준다.
 5. Press by an iron. Don't push and iron, just press. :)
    And then, cut unnecessary a tenacity of purpose.

 6. 접어서 박는다.
 6. Fold and sew. 

 7. 겉감과 안감, 모자 챙, 모자 기둥 옆면 박아준다.
 7. Sew out shell and lining, a broad brim, and post side of hat. 

 8. 주의: 암감의 모자 기둥은 양 옆만 살짝 박아 둔다. 이 부분이 나중에 창구멍이 됨.
 8. Tip: Don't sew up post of hat side of lining because it's a small opening.  

 9. 가위가 막 통과하죠? 창구멍 임. ^^

 10. 모자 챙과 모자 기둥을 겉과 겉이 마주보게 배치한 뒤 그림처럼 시침핀 꽂아서 맞춘다.
 10. Put out shells of a broad brim and post side of hat, then pin.. 

 11. 시침핀 꽂아서 뒤집어 보고 원단이 한 쪽으로 쏠리거나 집힌 곳이 없는지 확인.
 11. Check to arrange.  

 12. 파란선대로 박아 준다.
  12. Sew blue line. 

 13. 겉에서 본 모양.
 13. The out side.  

 14. 모자 뚜껑도 시침핀으로 고정.
  14. Pin a cover of hat.  

 15. 다시한 번 확인.
 15. Check again. 

 16. 파란선대로 박아준다.
      겉감과 안감을 똑같이 박았으면 모자도 겉과 겉이 마주보도록 배치.
 16. Sew blue line.  
      Arrange out shells of hat.  

 17. 사진과 같은 모양이 되겠죠? ^^

 18. 모자챙 부분을 시침핀으로 고정.

 22. 모자의 양 끝을 잡고 살살 잡아 당기면 이런 모양이 됨.

 23. 미리 남겨 둔 창구멍 보이죠? ^^

 27. 모자 챙 부분은 다리미로 꾹꾹 눌러서 잘 펴준다.
  27. Press a broad brim by an iron.
